Policies

Substitution, Cancellation, and Refund

Substitution Policy

Registered delegates who are unable to attend may authorize an alternate to attend in their place, one-for-one, at no additional charge.

Substitution requests must be submitted in writing to the Conference Registration Secretariat on or before September 14, 2026.

Substitution requests received after the deadline will be subject to a processing fee of USD 50.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation on or before September 14, 2026 PHST 100% Refund
Cancellation after September 14, 2026 PHST No Refund

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to secretariat@annualmeeting.2026.apbmt.org.

No Refund After Deadline

No refunds will be issued after the deadline of September 14, 2026 PHST.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within two months following APBMT 2026. All bank service charges and administrative fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Bank Transfer Fee

The bank transfer processing fee of USD 50 is non-refundable and applies to payments made via bank transfer.
